6 Steps to Learn Through Individual Reflection
- Recall a recent incident at work that you feel had a significant impact on you.
- Describe the facts of the incident with as much detail as you can.
- Recall and explore the feelings and thinking that were going on inside you.
- Look at the workplace incident from different angles. Consider what went well with the experience and what did not go so well.
- Ask yourself how you might have contributed and what could have been done.
- Ask yourself what you learnt from the workplace incident and what you would do differently
