Learning Enterprise Alliance (LEA)

An initiative under NACE@IAL, Learning Enterprise Alliance (LEA) is a knowledge network of curated enterprises, representing diverse industry sectors and profiles. As a LEA member, you have to be committed to using workplace learning for design of work and workplaces to promote continuous learning and performance within your organisation.

Why Should You Consider LEA for Your Workplace Transformation?

LEA members are recognised as enterprises that are committed to using workplace learning for design of work and workplaces to promote continuous learning and performance. As an enterprise advocate, you will:

  • For SMEs: Receive funding support of up to 90% of eligible consultancy costs or S$13,500 (whichever is lower) to jumpstart workplace learning transformation projects.
  • For non-SMEs: Receive funding support of up to 70% of eligible consultancy costs or S$10,500 (whichever is lower) to jumpstart workplace learning transformation projects.
  • Receive exclusive invitations to participate in corporate Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programmes, one example being the Speakers’ Series, as well as Learning Journeys to keep abreast with the latest trends and developments.

What Is The Eligibility Criteria To Join LEA?

You and your team will have to be committed to advancing workplace learning, and contributing to the LEA’s efforts. You will have to meet the following criteria:

LEA Eligibility Criteria Maroon 1
Senior Management is committed to contribute to the LEA knowledge exchange.
LEA Eligibility Criteria Maroon 2
Enterprise undertakes a 6 - 9 months performance improvement project.
LEA Eligibility Criteria Maroon 3
Enterprise has at least 20 employees.
*Small Medium Enterprises" or “SME” means companies registered or incorporated in Singapore, employment size of not more than 200 or with annual sales turnover of not more than S$100million; would be eligible for up to 90% funding for consultancy projects. Non-SMEs would be eligible for up to 70% funding for consultancy projects.
